About me

Hi, my name is Diane Elleray and I am the
founder of Dai’an Holistics.
A year ago my bio would have read “An
experienced Operational Leader in a large
corporate organization delivering Operational
and Service Excellence across multiple
services with a passion for continuous
improvement and a reputation of delivering
on time, every time.”
I thoroughly enjoyed my career but I had such
high expectations of myself and others that I
often felt burnt out and had lost my zest for
life.
With retirement on the horizon I knew that
moving forward something had to change and
so began my personal transformation.
I started researching and training with Reiki
Healers and learning about natural healing
methods and how our mindset can affect our
bodies, minds and actions.
I was always confident that I could apply my
career experiences to other aspects of life
and I also wanted to help others break free
from the daily cycle and restore natural calm
and balance to their lives and so I launched
Dai’an Holistics.
One year on and I am now a fully qualified
Reiki Master and Reflexologist.

As an insured member of the FHT, I use a blend of natural and gentle therapies to
help people find a natural balance in their life,
to find their inner peace and develop their
own skills to deal with the stresses and
challenges of day-to-day life in the modern
world.
